• Docusate Sodium - 60 mg

Adults and Children 12 years and over

• Take 1 to 6 tablespoonfuls, or as directed by a doctor

Children 6 to under 12 years of age

• Take 1 to 2 1/2 tablespoonfuls, or as directed by a doctor

Children under 6 years of age

• Ask a doctor

 * Dose must be given in a 6-8 oz glass of milk or fruit juice to prevent throat irritation, may be taken as a single daily dose or in divided doses, should be adjusted to individual response

Do not use

• Laxative products for longer than 1 week unless told to do so by a doctor
• If you are presently taking mineral oil unless told to do so by a doctor

Ask a doctor before use if you have

• Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Notice a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 2 weeks

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• You have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative 
• You need to use a laxative for more than 1 week
  (These could be signs of a serious condition)
  

If pregnant or breastfeeding

• Ask a healthcare professional before use
