Adults & Children 12 years and over

• Take 5 capsules with at least 8 oz of liquid, take 1 capsule at a time in an upright position
• May be taken up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a doctor
• Bulk-forming fibers like Psyllium husk may affect how well medicines work. Take the product at least 2 hours before or after medicines

New Users

• Start with 1 dose per day, gradually increase to 3 doses per day as necessary. As your body adjusts to increased fiber intake, you may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bleeding
